What information do I need to prepare before reporting an issue?

Robtic mower is a very complex product, and if the problem description is not clear, it will be difficult for us to locate the problem, which will seriously affect the time we fix your problem.


Here are the necessary information we need you to provide. 


1. Mower SN


2. Approximate time that the issue happened


3. Error message you have seen on APP or mower itself


4. Photos ,videos or screenshoot of phone of the problem you report


5. Make sure the product has connected to WiFi.(you can find on the path: setting-more settings-WiFi setting).



Here are the information you can decide according your situation


1. QR code of sharing of your product ( if the issue relates to APP display,map or any setting on APP)  How to share your X7


2. Photos of installation of charging station and base station (if the issue relates to position, such as RTK is initializing, being out of boundary)


3. Photos of the environment (if the product always stops at a certain place)


4. Videos of mower (If it has any abnormal movements, such as spinning or noise)
