Note on safety-related error messages

If safety-related error messages appear (e.g., blocked mowing disc or “outside the boundary”), 

these cannot simply be logged and rectified via the app. 

In such cases, a manual check on site is always necessary.

The robotic lawn mower stops for safety reasons to prevent damage to itself or the surrounding area. 

The robot can only be restarted after the cause has been rectified and the error has been manually acknowledged 

– also manually directly on the device.

This safety feature cannot be  and cannot be changed by any app or firmware updates. 

It is an integral part of the safety guidelines.
