What does the error code on display and error message on APP mean?

No matter what error you encounter, please try pressing start and ok to clear it.

Error code

App Message

Possible cause

E1

Out of boundary

1. Check in the app whether the lawn mower is within its designated working area. 

2. If it is indeed outside working area, guide it back to the working area. 

3. If the boundary line is unclear, lay down magnetic strips so that the mower stays in the boundary

4. Confirm if the camera is obstructed, resulting in the inability to detect objects

5. Check if the machine camera or AI board is damaged

E2

Wheel motor fault

1. Turn the mower off; take mower to an area free of obstacles. 

2. Turn the mower on. Press START and then OK. 

3. If the error message persists, turn the mower off, turn the mower upside-down and check if there’s something preventing the wheels from rotating. 

4. Remove any obstruction, turn the mower upright, turn power on. Press START and then OK

5. Front wheel motor failure

Blade stuck

1. Turn the mower off.

2. Turn the mower upside down and check if there’s something 

preventing the blade disc from rotating.

3. Turn the mower upright and take it to an area with short 

grass or adjust the cutting height.

4. Turn the mower on. Press START and then OK

5. Cutter disk failure

Collision

1. Turn the mower off. 

2. Take the mower to an area in your lawn free of obstacles. 

3. Turn the power on. Press START and then OK

Lift

1. Turn the mower off.

2. Take the mower to an area in your lawn free of obstacles. 

3. Turn the mower on. Press START and then OK. 

4. If the error message is still in display, power off the mower, turn the mower upside down. Check if there has something preventing the front wheels axle sliding. 

5. Remove any obstruction, turn the mower upright, turn power on. Press START and then OK

E6

Upside down

1. Please confirm whether the robot has been turned over.

2. Place the robot on a flat surface and press the START + OK buttons to unlock it

E7

Tilt

1. Please check whether the current lawn slope is too steep or if the robot has been lifted

2. Place the robot on a flat surface and press the START + OK buttons to unlock it

Docking error

1.Please check whether the current lawn slope is too steep or if the robot has been lifted.

3. There are obstacles around the charging station. If there are any obstacles, please remove them.

4. Confirm if the power supply of the charging station is abnormal

1. Turn the mower off. 

2. Take the mower to an area in your lawn free of obstacles.

Battery error

1.Please turn off the robot and then restart it

2.Check whether the connection cable from the battery pack to the mainboard is properly connected

3. Confirm if charger is damaged

Charging error

1. Unclean charging contacts on mower or charging station, please clean them with alcohol.

2. Check if the light on charging station is on, maybe charging station has no power.

3. Check if the charging station is installed on a flat surface. If it is uneven, adjust the position of the charging station.

4. Confirm if charger is damaged.

5. Confirm if charging PCB is damaged

Can not find the charging station

1. Check if the charging station is installed on a flat surface. If it is uneven, adjust the position of the charging station.

2. Check that the lawn around the charging station is neither sparse nor has bald patches

3. Please put the robot back on the charging station and check if it is charging properly (the green indicator light is flashing).

Camera blocked

1. Please check if the camera is cover by some object.

2. Please wipe the camera before starting

3. Confirm if the camera is damaged

Insufficient light

1.Please ensure that the robot's camera is not blocked

2.Please ensure that the robot does not working at night

System fault

1. Please turn off the robot and then restart it

2. Please ensure that the robot's camera is not blocked

3.Please ensure that the robot does not operate at night

Camera fault

1. The camera is abnormal. Please try restarting the robot.

2. Check if the camera is damaged

BP

Battery temperature out of range

1. Check the battery temperature. If the temperature is too high, wait until the battery cools down. If the temperature is too low, wait until the temperature is over 5 °C. Press START and then OK. 

2. If the error message persists, replace the battery with a new one. Restart the mower. Press START and then OK. 3. If the error repeatedly occurs, contact a service agent for help
