For Security Reasons, the Number of Times the PIN Code can be entered on Robotic Mowers is limited.
If the PIN code is entered incorrectly 10 times in a Row, an automatic Protection Mechanism is activated.
In this Case, the Robotic Mower is locked for 10 Minutes.
During this Time, no further PIN entries are possible.
After 10 Minutes, the Lock is automatically lifted and the PIN Code can be entered again.
Why is there this Lock?
The temporary Lock serves as Theft and Tamper Protection.
It prevents unauthorized Persons from gaining Access to the Robotic Mower by repeatedly trying to enter the Code.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it in the app or contact customer service.
