How can I change my password or reset it to the default PIN?

If the robotic mower is connected to the app, you can change or reset the device password (PIN) directly in the app.


Under Settings - Device - PIN code, you will find the option to change the PIN or reset it to the default PIN.




If the Robotic Lawn Mower is not connected to the App, please contact the Customer Service to reset the Password.
