Verification code – validity and requirements for registration & forgotten password

When registering in our app and in the event of a “forgotten password”, 

you will receive a verification code by email to confirm your identity.

The verification code sent to you is valid for a maximum of 30 minutes. 

Please complete the verification process within this time period.

For security reasons, it is only possible to request a new code every 60 seconds. 

This waiting period does not mean that the code is only valid for 60 seconds 

– it simply prevents too many requests from being made.

If you have not used a code after 30 minutes, you can request a new one 

– please note the 60 second delay between requests.

If you have not received a code, please check your spam folder (for email).
