What options are available to extend the 4G module? (X Series)

For X Series Gen 1 (2025):

After activating the 4G module, you can use it free of charge for one year.

After the service year expires, you can book the antenna (4G) service for an additional 12 months in the Sunseeker app.

For X Series Gen 1 (2026) / X4 / Gen 2 (2026):

Gen 1 (2026 versions):

X5 & X7: These models have a 2-year warranty. The 4G module must be purchased separately. After purchase and installation, you receive 2 years of 4G service.

X7+: Automatically includes 2 years of 4G service.

X4: Automatically includes 2 years of 4G service.

Gen 2 models:

X3, X5 & X7: Automatically include 2 years of 4G + NRTK service.

X7+: Automatically includes 5 years of 4G + NRTK service.

Note: The subscription is tied to the robotic lawn mower, not to the 4G module. If you install and activate a new 4G module, the service period will automatically begin from that point on.

Extension costs: Once your initial free period expires, you can extend the subscription for an annual fee in the Sunseeker app, either for NRTK service or for 4G service.
