The log inside the mower records the complete working process, which is very useful for analyzing software bugs. If you encounter special problems that cannot be solved, you can download logs and send them to Sunseeker for analysis assistance. Below shows how to download Log from robotic mower.
a. Prepare a USB drive, the file system of the USB drive needs to be formatted in FAT32 format, and the capacity of the USB drive needs to be greater than 1GB.
b. Insert the USB drive when the mower is powered off.
c. After turning it on, wait until "save" is displayed on the LCD panel of the lawn mower, which indicates that the USB drive has been recognized
d. Wait until "USB" is displayed on the mower's LCD panel, which indicates a successful download.
e. Send us the file in the usb drive for further analysis
Usually if the machine works normally for 3-5 hours, it can record 3 days of work logs.
Different from the work log on the APP, the log records every step of the machine's operation.
